Project Summit 2025 in London

This year, London was calling — and the HYDROCOW team answered! Our annual project meeting took place in the heart of the city, bringing together partners for two productive days of collaboration, reflection, and forward planning.

Throughout the meeting, each work package team presented their latest updates, shared progress, and engaged in meaningful discussions around key scientific and technical questions. These conversations helped align our collective efforts and sharpen our focus on upcoming milestones, ensuring that every partner’s expertise contributes to the project’s success. Together, we mapped out next steps and refined plans for the months ahead.

A highlight of the visit was our tour of the London Biofoundry, where we had the chance to see cutting‑edge synthetic biology infrastructure in action. We also explored the Future of Food exhibition at the London Science Museum — an inspiring and highly relevant experience for our team. Who knows… perhaps one day HYDROCOW’s technology will be featured in that very exhibition!
